Jumping on the bandwagon! When I saw *AikDingo 's faux anime screenshots I wanted to do one myself. And since most of the times it's wolves these days, I thought, let the cats have their fame too. It doesn't look as animation-ish as I'd hoped, still this was much fun to do. People with darker monitors might have problems with this one.Anyway, it's based on our Werewolf The Apocalypse Game again. It's Mahajan, the golden Weretiger and my Werepanther Rumi investigating some suposedly wyrmtainted site. I made Rumi say the most clicheed werewolf-related phrase there is, hehehe.

I vote we petition White Wolf for a few little episodes of something like this on their website. They've got the resources of CCP at their disposal, after all... They could do a little five-minute show every week and build a short story. It'd probably take off pretty well, all things considered.

I've heard they're fully unifying the New and Old Worlds of Darkness by way of Mirrors. Taci, since you appear to be an active Apocalypse player, maybe you'd be willing to be a guest star?
The one thing I'll tell you right now is that this campaign doesn't follow canon terribly well, so be prepared for strange things. Send me a message or comment if you're interested and I can fill you in further.

Ewps, failed to explain that invitation was to a private campaign being run by my mate and myself. We've practically abolished the use of dice in favor of cinematics. Either way, it'd be interesting. Details on your character or characters, maybe?

Ja, das kam so in zwei Wellen hab ich das Gefühl.
Für mich ist "faux" nich so sehr ein Angeber-Französisch-Wort wie vielmehr was in Kunstbegriffen relativ gängiges für Imitate.

how did you make is look like a screenshot from an anime?

Use straight, smooth, simple lines and strong poses. Keep the shading very simple. The background should look painted, doesn't even have to be detailed. Blurry specks of light will do just as well. And, black bars and pixellated subtitles. They create most of the effect. ^^ You can also overlay the pic with slight noise or something that deliberately lowers the quality.

Yep I did the BG. Found a nice brush for that painterly style that creates 'details' out of thin air. x-D And thanks, but I could never be an animator, I lack the most important things - patience and accuracy.

o.O Wenn man am Tag der Apokalypse dann SOWAS sieht, wie es in gigantischer Größe am Horizont erscheint und einen herzhaften Biß aus der Erdkugel nimmt... käme man sich glaub ich verarscht vor.

Es gibt noch besser Bilder würd dir dazu IGN empfehlen (ist eine bekannte Spiel Seite), such mal da nach Guild Wars Eye of the North und guck dir dort die Screens an XD
Das beste ist ja das man in GW 2 an welchem sie zurzeit arbeiten dann selber solche "Asuras" sein kann...frag mich nur wer als sowas rum laufen will ^^' ziemlich kopiert von WoW aber naja x3
