Thought those lyrics were calling for a pic with the good old mewtation.
Scraps, because this is really just some kind of filler pic. Look at the crappy BG, the randomly placed text and the lack of composition and you'll see what I mean. Maybe it won't stay in the scrapbook forever but for now... it's the better place.
Plus, I think the thing that devART needs the least is more ugly Mewtwo fanart.
