Umbreon's okay by me and all (I'm always been partial to Flareon, obviously), but I LOVE this picture... more than anything I am in love with the background! IMO you perfectly captured the soft silvery colors and feeling of moonlit countryside.... I luvluvluv that so much~
As far as the Umbreon itself, nice job also... the position of the hind legs looks slightly awkward to me but the paws and fur texture are great, and I love the soft radient glow of his rings.

I like the color balance. It is a very dark piece, but the glowing yellow markings and the moon make it work. I used to follow Pokemon fairly diligently in the past, but unfortunately I stopped, so I am unfamiliar with this particular monster.
