Only got little things to upload currently.Did a little sketch during our last big cat RPG and slapped a 1h coloration on.
So we were in that cave system, but by the time we went to the surface again, a few tunnels remained unexplored. Confused and curious Qualmi wandered back in alone to see where they went. Found a beautiful pool lit from below, must be a passage of sorts, and where was the light coming from? So she dove in, after a while realized that she was running out of air, but she took all her willpower together and kept swimming. No exit appeared. Finally the cat turned back, choking on water, nearly drowning herself to death, just because she was too curious. x.x Bastet can be stupid at times...

My Ceilican has the Too Curious flaw. xD I love exploiting it cuz it makes for some pretty entertaining scenes sometimes.

First off: Yay World of Darkness!
Now that that's out of my system: Wonderful job making this Qualmi look as soaked to the bone and worn out as I imagine she was after this little excursion. Does make you feel a little bad for her but curiosity is a dangerous thing and hopefully a good lesson was learned, but nothing new was ever discovered by the faint of heart.
The lighting looks really good though maybe there could have been a little heavier shadow on her face considering how bright the pool looks. Overall great piece and I love the story that inspired it; definitely fits with the character type.

Yes, you're right about the shadow. I'm just unsure how bright/dark my monitor is compared to others, so I guess I went the safe route and kept it too light. ^^

Sometimes I think mine's too dark but ya never know since everyone picks up on light differently. Oh well.

The lighting in this is fantastic! It's very dark (in a good way) - it captures the feeling of a cave just right while not being too dark to smother details. The glow and water-webbing on the walls of the cave were captured very well I think.
