Drew this late at night some days ago. Had some spare time before university the other day and colored it rather quickly. Turned out better than I thought - at least by my own measures. It's my psychic assassin dragon morph (not really) Taburo, screwing up his face in a rather untypical fashion. I have no idea why, tho... *shrugs*Related content

This is simply delicious, I just adore that glary eye.. and the area around it. All the detailed lines of the face are impressive, how you given the skin structure by drawing lots of carefully angled lines.
I like the colours and pattern too, and the way his βbeakβ is fitted into the face.
Neat teeth too.

Looks like a fierce dragon. I especially like his eyes, but the overall detail is amazing, especially because it's subtle detail.

Basically, yes, each line was made by hand. But it really is as much work as it might look. Just take the dodge/burn tool, a fine brush and start scribbling. *is all cheap-o*
