No, that's Hengeyokai Lv. 2, Blaze Talons. We had a game master who dragged us through the Middle Kingdom, which didn't necessarily make sense but enabled us to learn some of their stuff.

To activate Blaze Talons you spend one Gnosis and roll strength and primal urge vs 6. For each success you get two turns of an additional die of fire damage, while your claws (or wings or hands) light up with fire. Your damage is always aggravated You're also leaving stylish burning traces in the air when you strike. For the water-bound species like the sharks, dragons and snakes it's one level higher to learn.
