Showoff. :BI swear, I'll model her some clothes eventually. Maybe.
I did this to mainly practice painting, which is something I don't usually have time to sit down and do. Bonus points if you can guess what was painted.

Although, the tail portion is mostly a flight of fancy by yours truly. The Art of Halo mentioned that the elites used to have them in-game, but they were removed for a couple of reasons. I just threw it into Kira's backstory, is all.
