Another chibi pic of my current set up in Spiral Knights, Vog Cub gear and...well, technically I don't have a Gran Faust (I prefer the Avenger line). This was originally going to be a Skolver knight with a Divine Avenger though, but Vog Cub had lots more fancy effects to it and Gran Faust fit more with the coloration....looking at it makes me smile. Has this sorta goofy look to its face.
EDIT: Added some textures to the burning bits because it was looking too plain without them.

Yeah, back when I was playing it was the fanciest-looking armor (aside from the Burning Salamander suit however you call it) and the most useful in the Firestorm Citadel.
But then my computer ran too slow to play FC... *tear*

Easy Paint Tool Sai mostly, and Adobe Photoshop for some lines, the glows and a few filters.

I suppose, although I use the term 'chibi' more in reference to the art style, rather than a deviation from its 'natural' look.

this is totally adorable! It would be really awesome if the Gran Faust had a glow effect just like the Vog Cub.

And sure! My IGN is Ykro if you wanna go ahead and add me. I'm a bit too busy to play at the moment, but next time I do we can go hit a few dungeons. I'm sorta meandering on T2 right now (couldn't do Vanaduke runs because that dungeon has extreme lag for me) so its no problem.
