What a relieve to see a death, who is not just a cheap Grim Reaper. It's also very light colored, which was somehow unexpected for me.
I like the cartoon-like look on the horse's face^^

i think its cool, but... where is his Scythe? i mean the morningstar looks cool but everyother horsemen has his symbol exept death, conquest has his bow, famin has the scales, and war has his sword,
was there any reason behind that?

love the color, but the poor horse's leg looks like its got some kind of birth defect goin on. Foreshadowing's a B*TCH.. so please don't take that critique too hard. I still have severe issues with it myself. neck looks alittle long too.. unless this was done on purpose. excellent use of shading

Not to nitpick, but it is The Book of Revelation. No 's', common mistake, nice picture though.

Ah! A Four Horseman series... excellent!
I love the composition of this. My only suggestion would be to give the horse a little more character... he does belong to Death, after all.

"And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."
My favorite of the four Love the picture, great work

usually people depict him as more of a skeleton on a dead horse...but i think i like this version better.

I think that the main problem with the neck is with addressing how long and thick it is; also the legs seem to jut out at an odd angle; usually horses' legs point forwards, but as we can see, this is no mortal horse
The background creates a lovely atmosphere, and the figure is presented very well.. its just the proportions on the horses body... hold it up to a mirror if you can't spot it, and you'll be able to see

I really like the sence of movement in this picture. It seems like he's riding over the edge of the cloud and everything. The hair is great too. Oh, I like it that he doesn't have the scythe all death's seem to have. If I might suggest something, make the flail (is that the right word? not sure) seem more moving, instead of he just holding it. If you make it move it'd seem like he's making it swing at the looker. Just some thoughts, hope they help or something.

That's incredible! I love the detail and smudgy-look of the colouring! The guy's face, his hair and that morning star are great

Wow this is cool. The whole thing is very well done, the colours, the perspective and the way his hair and cloak swings in the direction of the wind. I love dark stuff, and I sure as hell love this Well done.
