Description
So, because ~artemis5096 is so cool, I'm uploading the design for the Nobody Wa-Loli outfit. I was afraid of flooding your inboxes, but, alas, you will just have to deal. That's why I try to tag what it is in the title, just as a bit of fair warning
Anywho, I have all of the fabric for this, and I'm ready to go. Major notes:
- No collar on the kimono, just more red piping or edging.
- Very short box sleeves, but still full length (3'
sleeves.- Funky skirt that will either faux lace together, or actually lace together, with leather grommet tape and red satin cording.
- Again, can be worn with the corset, or with the more simple obi/sash.
- Shiny gem buttons as kamon again.
- Design embroidered on sleeve.
The drawings on the skirt are just kind of approximations of what the fabric looks like. It's way more detailed, but is in a vertical pattern. The obi stuff is shiny.
So. Again, an attempt at simple awesome. I hope it works!
And, sorry for the random character looking thing. I dunno what I was sketching, but it looked dumb as hell without a head and face, and that's what I just scribbled down, sorry

Where did you hear that? I've seen so much lolita stuffs here in Japan that are all so incredibly varying, that saying something isn't something because of one example is a little... weird.

true they might have had more, I am heard it from my lolita twin friends whom get their dresses and different lolita outfits from japan. very very few are straight but mainly they are bell shaped. sorry like I saw your design is very beautiful, but its more like a martial arts combat outfit or lovely event gown. it is still pretty. if I am wrong about the style, then I apologize. but like I said, I go from my experience around my friends whom dress in these

Now i'm going to give you some helpful pointers, so don't be offended in anyway yes?
This is not lolita, please remove lolita from the title. why? 1. where is the skirt 2. it is not based off of japanese and rococo style combined 3. it's sexy, lolita is ment to look like a doll. If you want to make it cosplay lolita you could add some sort of skirt under the yukata that is at 2 inches above the knee or longer.
I can see from you're gallery that you are not new to lolita so i assume you've gained alot of experience with every piece you make.

Actually, there is no definite set term for "wa-loli" designs ~ generally, as far as I've been able to pin down, it's Japanese influenced clothing, not necessarily following EGL styles. I respect your opinion on what EGL is, but I will not remove it from the title, I'm sorry to say. We just have differing opinions, and differing tastes. I dislike "frilly" EGL styles of clothing, and believe in a streamlined look for wa-loli (hence I do not create EGL styled pieces). It is my personal design asthetic, whether others agree with it or not

I can't wait to get my machine back - I have the design done, but I have to try it before I can actually make the corset... gah! I wanna get it done so badly - the skirt is on a dress form taunting me!
I can't wait, I want to make a ton more corsets with different logo's on them (I'm making an erberous (sp? The snake eating it's tail) one from Full Metal Alchemist for myself, I think! Or a TriForce/Legend of Zelda one... dunno yet

DUDE! I normally would not wear anything girly, but if Axel wears it, I wanna wear it because he makes it look HAWT!
