*whines* scanner still botches up the colors, even CS4 can do so much with my knowledge to recover it....

This guy's been bouncing around in my head for a couple of days, when I was out job hunting. I did him in about 2 1/2 hours while I was being an art muse for one of my younger friends - a soon-to-be 12yo who I'm being paid to 'casually' tutor him. Mostly just being there to provide inspiration for him and I wasn't in a dragon-drawing mood, having already launched him into a creature-creating stage last week with his little ghost-leviathins.

Originally he was a pure Scarlet Macaw anthro in my head, then over the days he evolved into this form (besides I LOVE blue and gold macaws after the Sun Conures X3 ). He's still not finished yet accessory-wise, but I got the chance to use my prismacolor markers and pencils again to get the basic appearance down.

I've enabled critique because this is considered, to me, a WIP, any suggestions are welcome!

ATM he's still nameless and doesn't have a species name, but if people pester me enough I can make this into an open species.

Fun fact- the feathers on his arms aren't of use for flying, but he can glide very short distances, plus he's small in stature, about waist-height.

Account Scavenger Hunt Clue #2- While the mascot character is completely feathered and colored like a particular small parrot, she is a quadruped and winged.
