I don't have a specific width and height for the panels, but the pages are always 1536x2048.
As for the program, I use artrage on my ipad and clip studio paint pro on my computer (mostly for the text editing).
Hope that helped a bit ^^

I've just discovered this comic (thanks to a fandub ;3) and I must say it's great!!
I love the idea. Sans looses it and just... plan to kill Frisk while sending Asriel where Gaster disappeared. When, I get why it's called SnowFall now... =_=
The worst part is that Sans didn't even ask for his help. He just manipulated him, and threw him in this strange black-water-filled pit, smiling in this creepy way. And now that Azzy has a soul, Sans can use his gravity power on him... and Azzy can feel emotions like fear, sadness, doubt and regret. Yay. And I thought his was just being nice giving it BEFORE Asriel did anything....
I hope you didn't get tired of this comic, and that you're going to continue it soon
