Description
Acrylic on flat sheet of canvas.10" x 8"
I just loved this image by "faestock":[link] which she posted. I loved the feeling of praising God in a moment of carefree abandon to His love and grace.

I think He certainly does love it when we are free and happy enough in our souls that we rejoice in His love. Absolutely!

woah another one! Loving the empty space in this one. Really creates a sense of isolaton. And once again the blue boldly reflected from the water onto the figure really unites the background and the figure. Just wondering, though I'm sure I've asked this at least once, what kind of canvas is that? And is it very expensive? I wouldn't mind trying out painting on a canvas and really wanna test out my new watercolours though im not sure if they really work with canvas.
Thanks.

It took me a little while to create that sense of space seeing as how I suck at landscapes lol. But I'm forcing myself to paint them and to get better at them even if I am still only using a simple colour palette.
And the canvas I buy is in a pad like you get your sketch paper pads. I buy A3 and A4 size pads and just cut them down into smaller sixes or use as is. Not really suitable for watercolour as the pads I buy are for acrylic or oils.
I'm not a watercolourist but I do believe that there are specific canvas' and papers for that medium. Best thing to do is ask the folks at the art store. I love my local art store. The ladies are all artists who work there and they know how to tell me exactly what I can and can't use.
Feel free to ask my anything at any time. I love to help people

Ah, thanks alot for the help! Im actually thinking of getting into wire sculpture focused around dynamic poses giving them an almost gestural feel so no details and all. Almost like a 3d gesture drawing. Hope I can really make it work.
