Description
I realized I never made a genuine effort to make an artwork that portrayed Filipino culture. Sari-sari stores are like mini kiosks of assorted goods ranging from shampoo in sachets to bags of chips. You can count them endlessly driving along any street.P.S. I have washed clothes by hand- and I do it sometimes just for fun.

Oh my goodness, excellent and beautifully done! I love the whole picture, and so many things about it. I could say the obvious like how beautiful the front-woman's face was drawn, how perfect the colour palette is or how flawless the foreground and background come together -- but I'll also mention perhaps the lesser obvious..like how I adore the details on every single tile you painted, the details of the buildings subdued in the background (more specifically the rusted roof, omg

As usual, I really like your use of color. I feel like this picture has a little bit of that washed-out brightness that comes with hot, sunny days (which is a wonderful escape from the snow and ice outside right now where I live!).

Yeah, someone else mentioned that earlier. As of now, I'm not sure how I'll remedy it. Raising the houses would alter the composition. It doesn't seem to bother most people, including me, so I may just leave it that way.
