Well, I've been living under a bunch of lies and made-up rules and standards I made for myself somehow, my parents are being total cockbags to each other because they have about as much emotional control around each other as your average toddler, I'm slowly realizing I was happier and more fulfilled washing dishes at Bob Evans with its insane managers than I currently am at college, about the only real joys in my life right now are friends both here and the few I have in real life and my artwork, my home is becoming a gilded cage and I long to be out on my own but thanks to a distinct lack of money that's somewhat impossible now, in fact this computer is the most valuable possesson I own, I can barely function without something in my system, be it anything from a cup of coffee to several beers, I just threw away the knife I was using to cut finally, this semester is going to hell as are my dreams of being a programmer (although I aim to fix that in the morning because fuck that noise), and all the pretty lies are falling away. The truth will set you free, and good God has it.
GOD, that felt good to get out! I don;t know how legible that is, and I wouldn;t blame you if you skip it, but fuck does it feel good to have out there.
So, if you want me to return the favor, I'm all ears. And fuck that brick wall, it totally deserved it.

I didn't skip it, I read every word. And I can totally understand what it feels like to be helpless, the feeling of not being control of your own life.
Also: Bob Evans? My father worked there. He said that the smell of [insert some food they have here] made him sick, and he can't go to Bob Evans ever again because just the memory of it hurts him. If that's the best thing you have, then I... I just wish I could do more to help you instead of just talking to you over deviantART. Especially if knives and broken dreams are involved.
Keep in mind that college is one of the most stressful parts of a person's life. Possibly THE most stressful. You pretty much have to study 24/7. If you're powering on through it, then I applaud you, good sir.

Yeah, I can't step foot into Bob Evans anymore. Even just passing on the road brings this weird sense of both disgust and nostalgia. Sure, it wasn't great, but... Honestly, you've done plenty just being a shoulder to cry on/scream into/pummel/ect. Maybe it's not too satisfying on your end, but it means a ton to me. I try to keep personal drama offline, just be some silly snarky nice guy with a bunch of horse models, but thank you for letting me slip the mask off for a bit.
