(now i know it is an alternate, i remember the control panel, but (aside from it being spelled 'allons-y') i only took to saying 'onwards and upwards' most of the time,...thouh i did swap to old ones on occasion, and im not sure what i used then,....but still, the outfit isnt what my me of then chose to wear while there,...oh well.....pretty much just wasting time with frivilous thinking outloud, ...so nvm. let the story continue. lol)

I don't think you fully understand my question. I mean as it, how the hell can a being use ethereal energy to create fire? Science can't explain that occurrence because of its fictional nature.

yes, but he's saying how science has been explaining certain 'magical' occurrences for years, and he uses that knowledge that to manipulate magic. For example shooting lasers by using his knowledge particle acceleration etc. Which is why he only uses elemental magic, he's not saying that's how every magic entity does it. It's like saying everyone can sing, but they have their own style.
You could also argue that he's pulling magic from a source so it work differently. But at the end of the day, he's a talking candy colored pony in a comic i'm making for fun, so it doesn't matter. Why does everything need 100% logic? call it a plot hole if you will, it's there because it's there, i'm beyond caring tbh.

Yes but don't be too critical of the author a couple spelling errors here and there does nothing to the greatness of the story itself
