Another anime fanart ^^ This one is Kurapika from Hunter x HunterI used the anime itself as reference for drawing
I'm almost happy with my manga lines. ALMOST. (The hair is bothering me but uuugh)
I have been focusing more on coloring lately, so any tips and suggestions are welcome!

This Anime drawing no doubt reminds me when I was a beginner, so the Nostalgic attack comes to me.
And is that the chosen pose (The right side) was precisely as I drew before, with that style of eyes, and that expression. The outline lines of the character are somewhat unstable and the shading can be improved, but it is rewarded with a bestial background of contrastive colors and designs that have a darker shade.
Without a doubt, this is a drawing that transmits me Nostalgia and that can be improved and improved from that side. I know because I have improved thanks to that type of drawings and your drawing, in which it is excellent, reminds me with clarity.
You can improve and improve more, because this drawing can be much better done than it is today. I'm not going to tell you what it is, because it's something that you usually have to discover for yourself. I did it and I want you to do it too.

Yeah I totally agree on the shading and the lines. Specially the lines. I did not give them the attention they should have had.
I have been trying a lot of different stuff lately in regards of digital art, and I'll keep doing it. I still have a lot to figure out lol

Looks super cool! I really love the background. Not to mention that I'm a huge HxH fan.
Now, I don't do digital art that much but I like figuring stuff out, so here are my tips:
When it comes to the lines, try drawing them slowly and don't be afraid to redo them a couple of times. The hair doesn't really look smooth and if you took a bit more time playing with it, I'm sure it'd look fantastic.
As for the coloring, you lack a lot of color variety. That is once again mostly seen in the hair. My tip is to do the coloring by drawing everything with a single color and then applying multiple other shades with a brush with low opacity. Like this, you can do darker or lighter shades, without mixing colors too much.
As for the eyes, try giving them a lot more shades, because they look far too plain with only a few colors.
I hope these tips can help at least a little bit.

I totally agree on the hair and the lines. I was too sloppy doing that hair, it didn't look very smooth.
I do think I should have put some extra work on the lines, since they are such an important part of manga style. I'll keep that in mind for my next painting ^^
Same for the coloring. I admit that I am a little reluctant in throwing in different colors and shades, my mind kinda gets stuck in the basic colors. That's specially true with red, I get afraid of using too much. Afraid of saturation I'll try to use a larger variety of colors
