Kate and Jazz VS Arad and Bee...well, actually, Arad VS Bee and Bumblebee is getting a bit roughed up as she spazzes out. They're in the ocean *coughexcusefornobackgroundcough* and the water is all shiny. My first time doing anything water related - talk about fun, lol. <3

The water doesn't look that bad. It kind of looks like the water goes to their waist but the glow is seeping up to their arms, or something. Just a bit odd...

You seem to be using what you know of glows with it. To me, water is more of a "reflection and shine" type thing. Maybe think of it like how you might put shine on a mech's armor or something *shrug*
