Why's that? I hear from most people that they find the form boring for being all black.

Because of the drastic change in color and general feel of the form, it's the first of only two of Build's forms that doesn't continue the whole W 2.0 design thing, instead of using the two colors of choice as minimally as possible.
And while it removed the unique phrase to it the forms detriment, it changed the standby music to something more interesting and fun and FINALLY removed the annoying "YEEEEEAAAH!!" at the end with once again, something a bit more interesting.

So, for you, the form doesn't feel like a W ripoff, and the transformation sounds are better.
To me, however, it just feels bland, without extra bits of color on the body to break up the black. Thank goodness for the RabbitRabbit and TankTank armor.
But I respect your opinion.

The forms got better for me.
With the addition of the black from this form, the FullFull forms looked a lot better, plus it was an interesting idea to "build" upon the previous upgrade form like that.
