and now for the serious comment...
i think you've made leaps and bounds in your art, the proportions are anatomically correct according to the style. the shading is superb i really think you've got the hang of the cell shading concept. the only thing i would say would be for you to maybe add a few more highlights in the hair to give it a little more depth so she doesn't seem so two dimensional. and the only other thing that struck me is the top line of her eye. traditionally in anime that line (the one representing your lashes) is thicker and fuller than the line on the bottom of the eye- making it appear more feminine and cute.
just some food for thought- but keep it coming :3 i just love seeing new things from you in my inbox!

I agree with wes on the boobyah, though something isn't quite right (not that i could do any better) about them maybe how they join to her armpits just looks a little wierd. all round very good though i don't think that grey is really orihime's colour.
and now back to being lazy

Ya know, I tried numerous times to get that part to look right, and unfortunately, this was the best of those attempts.
If you have any other suggestions, I'd be happy to give it a go. As for the grey, all the reference images I looked at had her with greyish eyes, and I thought the grey bg sorta complimented them. What would you propose I change it to?
