And I'm not talking about yoga, baby. This is such a sexy car....and oh man....when I saw it sitting there at the valet station of the hotel....and saw the way the sunlight was coming through the skylight onto it.....I swear I heard angels singing and harps playing. A car couldv'e run me the hell over and I'd have died happy. THAT.....is hot. *drool*Please, please, PLEASE....C&C!!!

I'm a fan of it too, though silver would be one of my last choices for the color. I was coming out of a hotel lobby and this was parked in the valet area. The skylights overhead give it that dynamic lighting. It was a happy coincidence, but I like how it turned out, too.

Yes! Although the Exige is almost the exact same car, just lightened alot. ^^
Very, very sexy car, indeed, and a sheer joy to ride in, if only as a passenger. One of the track officials took me for a ride in his a couple of races back, and ooooh, baby.....that was righteous. I've never felt anything handle so sweetly, and with that additional cam, response time was hot!

Def though -- For being a souped up 2ZZ-GE Celica engine (some work by yamaha aside) they put plenty of grabby torque on the ground. The one I got to ride in (and being the first time I was introduced to riding in a Lotus 111S/R, after the Lotus Elise 340R Clearside) had been strapped to a turbo too, and it was SO freakin fun to ride in.
Second encounter was in a bit of a 'highway' chase with a Black 111S in San Diego. And all I can say is holy crap they move!
I work in a hotel so every now and then we get the rich cats pull up in Lambo's and Ferraris, but its the rare Lotus that gets me most (though, 2005 Lambo Gallardo @ the peak-to-peak rally this year. I was in <3)

Most of my lotus experiences up until the 111S consisted of car shows and such. The 340R Clearside was my absolute favorite until then, but they made them in such limited numbers they were hard to even get a look at, let alone a ride in. There's dealerships for Lotus in Canada (BC) and some over on the West coast too. So I'm bound determined to buy one of them
The one I DID get a look at was Aubergine Purple with a hardtop. I can't say that I'm a big fan of purple, but for some reason it really works with the car. it's not light violet or anything, you'd have to google image search 'aubergine lotus'
Only thing I didn't like was the spartan interior. But fft. Who am I to complain?
