Description
This one here is Mutio, from the anime OVA series Blue Submarine nΒΊ6^^ She's a female nereid(an aquatic hybrid race) that shares a special link with the human main protagonist Hayami through the entire show. She almost doesn't speak a word during all the events of the series but she's so cute and her design is so cool that only that makes her the best character of BS6 by a huge margin xDDDDHope you like it!!

A title I FINALLY recognize, Blue Submarine No. 6! She's the best character partly because everyone else is so damned serious and dark, with a villain who conceives of his doomsday plan as a crusade to save the planet. Great work making the cutest character in the show even cuter and brighter, since it seemed that all the other colors in that show were various shades of dirty dishwater.

I have NEVER heard of this series and even though she has close ties with the main character and I guess she appears a lot...isn't it a bit weird that she never speaks? well I dunno really since I haven't seen it or anything. cute and interesting character though(same with art)

It's too bad they could make a "X amount of years later..." OVA after they finished. I would have liked how the world would be when Humanity and Hybrids would have to learn to live with one another.
