This is cool, and cute! I think Terry told his mom and brother he's Batman, since he chose to be close to his loved ones, which Bruce was unable or unwilling to do.
I think Matt should wear a more high-tech Robin suit.

Out of all three versions, I think I like the pencils best (cus it's fun looking at how people construct their images!). You have some really nice colours here
