It's Shadow Lugia, yay. I can't say I'm much of a Lugia fan, but Shadow Lugia looks pretty neat. I really need to work on integrating my subjects with the background better. >_<Drawn at the flib.de pokemon oekaki. Shadow Lugia is from the upcoming game Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness, in case you didn't already know.
I must be trying for some sort of record, because this is the second thing I've drawn this year. omg

So many perks to that
-Battle Sims to learn about almost everything
-Eevee starts off with Bite at level 10, which is perfect for any of its evolutions. I usually go with Jolteon.
-No need for HMs like FLY, the Bicycle, or the Running Shoes
-No Zubat swarms in caves
-Stealing Pokemon from Trainers (for the good of all)

Wonderful work on the shading. The entire image is so neat..everything looks perfect. I've tried drawing on oekakis a few times and I know how difficult that can be. Beautiful background as well. The colors you chose really match Shadow Lugia. ^^
