Dig-out-pic No. 3. Geez! This one's pretty old...
I did this one in 2004. Barely believe how bad I was, considering the style I use today.
Zero is watching the clouds. I dunno why but he seems to like places on roofs where he can watch the sky. He did this in the games and in the manga alike.

He is Zero from the Megaman X-games produced by Capcom. He also have an own game-series for the GBA, called Megaman Zero. He looks different there, though.

Ooh! I've never heard of Zero. Maybe it's because I've only watched the Megamn series on TV

That's because he never showed up in this serie. The Megaman-series you saw plays in the century before the MegamanX-games.
His character is a little bit like Shadow, only not that emo. He has a very dark past which was completely revealed in the fifth part of the X-Series.

head? Is that hair or a cape?! I got the Mega Man X collection for Gamecube.

I still lack the first two parts for the X-series, but have everything else. The collection was only released in Japan and US only and my system can't handle it.
And yes, Zero has very long hair.
