I feel
...not only because this took me 6 hours to finish with the help of 24 Photoshop layers... it's more because I hate drawing rooms and buildings...
I had to do that for more then 3 months in school... and after it I felt quite sick of it...
anyway... I wanted to draw a part of the ARK like this... something like in the levels of Shadow the Hedgehog.
I love how the light effects turned out. ^^

Thank you very much (and no, I don't mind at all. Many call me "Tal" for short here on DA.
I do all drawings traditionally and the colouring work in Photoshop. Of course I could use my grafics board to draw, but I prefere the traditional way. You learn a lot more this way.

Danke schön. Ich versuch' immer ein bestimmtes Gefühl in meine Bilder einfließen zu lassen, so dass die Betrachter dieses dann empfinden. Ist mittlerweile eine Speziallität meinerseits.

Holy flurking Schnit. For some one who dislikes buildings, you really capture the interior of the ark well. I geta sense that Shadow is turning to maria for help. He seems a bit weak and afraid. But I guess that's what makes these pics so great. Into the favs it goes.

And yes... what you said about Shadow is partly true, too. After all for Shadow the ARK is both, home and a place of desaster... so I think it's quite a natural reaction he shows here.

It seems a shame that you dislike doing buildings and stuff. It looks like final rush to me, mixed with a bit of cosmic wall.

OK sure that sounds fair. Ok now let me see.
I was thinking of Maybe Shadow and Maria on the science deck (the one with the glass like floor). Shadow and Maria are sharing a deep kiss. Shadows gloves are off and he has one arm under Marias coat around her waist and the other around her neck pulling her close. Maria has one arm around shadows waist, the hand resting on his thigh and the other around his neck with the elbow bent and the fore arm going up the back of his head and her hand resting sorta between his ears like shes pulling him in close. Marias on the left and shadows on the right. On the floor around them are the chaos emeralds that are glowing a faint coloured glow. The earth in the back ground with the moon just peeking over. Shaows eyes are closed and his crying tears. Maria has her eyes closed as well but shes more relaxed. A blanket rests over their legs. I'm not sure about the blanket so I'll let you decide on that. The computers are showing places on earth like a flower filled meadow, a cliff scene, mountans, an ocean, a river places like that. Also on the floor are like guns and such.
Hope thats alright. If you want to tell me what you want, I 'll get onto it.

But one thing, though.... This picture will be very complex, due the mass of details, which means that I need some more time to finish it (and not only to work out the best possible quality). Another thing is, that I have some other things to finish first before I can start with it, but consider the trade as accepted. I hope that's okay.
