..........it has everything to do with commercialization of agriculture and husbandry....the long Food chain ...from feeds to sauces ....meats to vegetables...

...Chicken and pork...fish and vegetables....taste DIFFERENT ..the savoury deliciousness is gone...

...BAK KUT TEH is far cry from the yesteryears ...I remembered the garlicky and herbal flagrant enticing the nasal ...even before entering the shop..

...the second generation Chicken Rice ...is a disappointment altogether...
...fish balls...meat balls ...are plastics in bites ...without the meaty Taste...
....Roti Canai. ...is no longer fluffy with layering...
.. Satay ...is only marinated with sugar and lengkuas...and par boil in it ...only to grilled for the smoky burnt Taste....
....THE GOOD OLD DAYS OF GOOD FOOD AND GOOD FOOD PEOPLE IS OVER.
...going out now...for the authentic taste of mee Siam...
