I have nailed down to the contributing factor - CHIA SEED . For several weeks I have been mixing 15gms (1 tablespoon) of soak chia seed with oats for breakfast.
Unknowingly, the BP shoot up.
I have stopped 4 days and now BP back to normal.
So don't believe everything from the internet.
