I've never been to Porto but Portugal in general is great for photo opportunities. I'm sure you'll have a good time. Look forward to seeing the results!

I've been to the south west of Portugal (Odexeice, Lagos, Cabo St Vincente, Silves, Monchique) many times, and Lisboa once.  But Porto is a new destination, so we'll see.  I got some quite good shots in Lisboa a few years back but I've never really been through the images since.  Maybe time for a look back!
