I know it's supposed to show Tetrox have talent, but isn't weird that she so easily won over someone with a very high rank just like that??

Remember that they had Halloween toons, with Halloween costumes? Well, they also had bits where they looked over fans that went as them, for Halloween, too.

Good tactic. Arnick knew that by placing the wall in front of Tetrox, he gave her no choice except to turn around and attack him. He also knew that, given the short distance between them, if she didn't go down after a single shot, she'd be right on top of him with a weapon that was much more powerful at short range, so he aimed his shots to both attempt hitting her and ink the ground, giving him a way to get behind her and continue his attack while catching her by surprise.Β
Only problem was, Arnick has been such a clever bastard, Tetrox started expecting him to pull tricks on her, which is how she was able to evade the Killer Wail. Trying to catch Tetrox when she wasn't looking has been Arnick's game the whole match, so the moment he disappeared, she knew he'd appear again somewhere she wasn't looking; behind her. Given that he only had one direction to go, the ground behind him covered with her ink and having fired his ink at her just before, everything to the sides being clear of ink, it was obvious where he'd go. As I said, Arnick's style is to blindside, which mean going behind Tetrox. If he'd suddenly changed his style and feinted, disappearing into the ink under his feet but not going anywhere, he could have shot her in the back when she turned around, but that's not Arnick's style.Β
