It has been an incredible journey. Reading these comics, being inspired, frantically searching news on the latest comic, (didn’t know how deviantart worked back then). Thank you for the wonderful artist you are. And like you said, even if the series is over it will live on, not only in your other works... but in my heart as well. This journey, your wonderful adventures helped build the foundation for my own motivation to create my own Pokémon Plush series on YouTube. You and many others will not be forgotten. 😊

Man, Tamarin, you were one of the first artists I followed on dA, and I adored this comic from the moment I set eyes on it. I think my first was actually the first official comic, A Riolu is Born!
Anyway, after so many years, and so much content, I am so glad and so proud to see you finish. The mood is definitely somewhat somber, and I'll miss seeing your works for these characters, especially Ross, Napoleon and Elizabeth, who were arguably my favorites, but I'm also glad to see you managed to fulfil your dream and vision for them, telling their stories to a completion you felt satisfied with, and are off towards other things that you can pour the essence of them into!
It's been an awesome ride, Random Doom! Thank you for the journey! And thank you too! I look forward to your further works to come!

Well, that was quite a ride. I've been reading these comics since I saw Vincent's first iteration of "Dude, think I'll score?" It's been a joy to see this series evolve from random, silly comics to developing it's own story with plenty of humor, action, and a touch of drama for character development.
I've enjoyed reading these comics over the years, and while it's sad to see it end, I'm glad that it was, at least, given a proper sendoff. Ross confessed his love, Veruka achieved her goals, Vincent won her over, and the original children grew up and matured a little (though, thankfully, not too much).
Thanks for keeping this comic going for 11 years. Thank you for all the laughs that these characters provided, and thank you for showing us a bit more to their lives and stories and giving this series a proper conclusion. It's been fun, and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next. ^_^

I actually entered DA back then because of the comic a Riolu was born... To think that my own little things I accomplished here in DA only happened because of you and your comic makes me feel sad that the comic is over now... I thank you so much for this wonderful time and I followed this comic the whole time. But I also look foreward to your other projects. The SSBM comic and the Splatoon comic are great and I hope to see alot other things in future.

I can't believe it in all honesty, and it's so nuts that I've been following it through all of this!! Your art has come so incredibly far since the beginning of this series it's insane. It honestly feels surreal to think the comics are finally completed, my goodness. When I found out you were posting the final chapter I went and re-read all of them, one-shots and all; it brought back so many memories! Like you and us it went through so many phases before reaching its goal, and I'm so so happy that you found a way to see their stories to the end and that we could read all of it. Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS!! I am so unbelievably proud of you for so many reasons, there will come a day when I'll list them all but for now I'm going to focus on your lovely little Random Doom; YOU DID IT! I'm so proud that you set out with a goal to complete this ever-charming webcomic, and even though there was a period where it didn't inspire the same joy as it had when you first created it, you persevered. That's something that I struggle with constantly, so your perseverance and persistence is so inspiring and motivating. You can always do what you set your mind to! I'm so happy you continued to share this adventure with us all, I think DA is a lot better off with Random Doom here.
Thank you so much for sharing this story with us, your readers, and for inviting us all in to experience it with you! Thank you for answering our questions, (sometimes the same questions over and over again XD) and for letting us be a part of your creative world for pokemon that started out as a few little comic strips. I actually teared up a little after reading this. I remember stumbling onto your little comics and eagerly awaiting the next bit of work from you. I loved having the chance to see these characters evolve and change as your style did. Thank you so much for all these years of comics, and jokes, of your group artwork/characters, the streams, your tutorials and sneak peeks, just thanks for everything.
It is so bittersweet for this to end, but at least it is better than RD being left to rot unfinished. Thanks for that as well.

It's funny how things work out, what started as "Hey what's this Marowak Graveyard comic strip?" became "Hey, they've got more strips." "Oh wow, there are actual comics." Until eventually, "Huh, what's an RP group?" "...Wow this looks really cute, I want to be a part of this. Maybe I should make an account?" And the rest is history.
It's so great to see Random Doom come to a conclusion when so many other stories end up fading into oblivion, abandoned before their end. Looking back, you can see how much you've grown both as an artist and storyteller. Here's looking forward to the finales of Splatoon and Ice Climbers, as well as eagerly awaiting to see where you take us on the next adventure through your original series!

As I once heard in a forum of anime "Is not that the story is over, is just that the narrator stops speaking" Those pokemon are gonna live a healthy happy life even If we dont see it heh.
