11 years... I don't care how long a chapter took! That long of a runtime is the mark of a successful comic! It's rather funny how short gags can turn into full-fledged, sort of life-changing stories, y'know?
The adventures may be over, but they'll always remain with us. Thank you for the laughs, the feels, and all the emotions in between. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: it's been one heck of a ride.

Let me just say that Random Doom is the main reason I know of you and your art and has been a love of mine while here on DA. Yet, you are a big inspiration of mine in art and have always been so kind to me when I'd ask things of you (plus I remember you helping me with drawing a Volbeat at one point ;w; ). But it is you, your art, and Random Doom that got me back into Pokemon years after not being as big of a fan of it as I used to be. So, I thank you for that and thank you for making us all happy with this comic for so many years. It is sad to see it end, but it's understandable after so long.
Also, nice to see Danny and Merry make off like bandits with all of that food. xD

I've never told you this, but...when I first found RD, it felt like you were drawing/writing the comic for me~
That's selfish and conceited, but I can't help it sometimes.
It's just...what are the chances that we both love Generation IV? And that Pearl is both our favorite Pokemon game? And Pearl ended up being an important game for both of us?
And you said it yourself, RD is one gigantic love letter to Gen IV.
When I look at/read the Sinnoh Pokedex, it's easy for me to say that I genuinely do I like them all. And so, when I first saw the RD cast, it felt like this funny coincidence. Seeing pictures like this
hit home for me considering I also have a beloved Raichu who I bring around with me everywhere. And I just really like the way you draw?! There's so much range of emotion and story and gesture and action--it's far from being static and stationery. Even when I look at your old artwork, it's still charming and says, "This is Tammy's style"! Afdsjk;afsdk~
In some ways, I wish I had reached out to you at a younger age. As a 14/15-year-old teenager when I initially found you. But maybe it's best you didn't know me as a silly weeaboo, haha. x3 And back then, I didn't have the writing skills that I have now. Though, I'll have to say, that if there was one comic I would have proofread for you, it'd have to be "Dear Departed". I've noticed that I really get my creative juices flowing whenever I write emotionally intense/angsty/dramatic scenes.
But yeah, younger me would have never guessed that I'd be a proofreader for you. Even though it's a small task, it's still the biggest honor in the world to me~ Your comics are the most artistically/creatively-fulfilling quest I'll probably ever be a part of.
Because seeing everyone's responses in these posts about how much RD means to them is a big reason why I proofread. Because I'm sure whether they're fans of RD, ICA, or Splatoon, they're all touched in some respect. And that's why I'm hyped about Bottled Up! :'D

I will be honest; I cried when I saw this. When it finally settled down that...Random Doom has finally come to a close.
It feels so...weird to know and accept. But I'm so happy and proud at the same time. I cried cause I've come to love all of the characters you've made on the series. I cried cause of the emotional rides we were tossed through and eagerly kept holding on for. I cried because the overwhelming joy in my heart can't be stopped from spilling out.
This...this comic, this entire family and you Tammy, were the prime reason why I not only found and joined DeviantArt, but also why I started drawing. This series and you are the reason why my life changed so drastically that I honestly have no clue where I would be without art in my life. I remember finding the first pages of Chapter 2 of RD right when I entered middle school. I was so curious and surprised that there was art online! I was so used to seeing it in schools and only in sketchbooks that I clung onto the online world like a leech. Not only that, but Pokemon was not drawn a ton where I was from and so I feared that I was honestly the only one in my school and neighborhood that loved Pokemon as much as I did. From then on, I continuously watched and observed, seeing you as an amazing artist and a wonderful, kind person that was helping me build courage and inspiration to come onto dA. I watched you as just a person who came on dA without an account for....a year or two I think? Before I finally caved in and got myself an account. I didn't upload anything myself until 2011, but regardless I still followed, faved, and continued to fall harder for your comics, artwork, and eventually spreading my wings out to find more that were like you that drew Pokemon. Until I myself started showing my love for Pokemon and posting on here.
From around late '08/early '09, I have cherished every artwork you've posted, swooned every time I see a noticable grown or drawing difference in your work, and cheered every time you've announced something positive in either your life or in your artwork. No words an express how grateful and thankful I am for having found you, and eagerly sprinted along behind you Tammy and supported each step you've taken. For without you, and a few others, but primarily you, I would've never sucked down my fear and nervousness, grabbed a pen, and started drawing my heart out. Without you, I wouldn't have joined groups that I saw you were in and challenged myself to get out of my comfort zone and draw more than just a few simple poses of 'mon I like. Without coming here thanks to you, I would've NEVER in a million years met the wonderful people that I have as friends, and I would still be a bottled up girl that would've never found the courage to stand up for herself.
So with your thank you to us, I sincerely thank YOU for being the amazing person that you are, wonderful artist, and all around spectacular idol and inspiration you've been for not just me, but to many others! I look forward and will continue to supporting your every works and am eager to see what you have waiting for us in the future!

Looking forward to that journal. But damn what a ride it's been for 11 years. I'm just glad I found you before it ended. I can certainly say it was a blast reading them and while it's bitter sweet that it's ended (As do all long projects), this comic series is definitely something I would recommend to all Pokemon fans. You've put in a lot of work into this. So thank you again for this.

I loved every bit of this series. I'm sad now that it's over but hey, that means I can go back and read it all over again. Cotton was always my favorite character. I'm positive I found you by accident and was incredibly interested and even though it took a long time for Chapter 4 to finish, it was worth the wait.
I hope to commission you sometime for a picture of Mewtwo and Lopunny. They're kind of my crack Pokemon ship but it's different than the usual MewtwoxGardevoir everyone else is into and your style was the other half of the reason I started following you.

I'm happy to have been here since the "random" in Random Doom made sense. I've watched your art style grow over time, even though it was far better than mine at the beginning, and it often inspired me to try new techniques. With Random Doom, it felt like i could relate a lot of times too, not necessarily to the pokemon themselves, but the emotion behind each page of story.
there was joy. there was sadness. there was comedy. there was doom. with every page, every bit of art and story, you made that particular day you posted it that much brighter for me. I'll never unfollow you just because the thing i followed you for is over. It's good for stories to end, it rarely happens with web comics anymore. I'm glad you gave us all closure, you gave them some closure.
