I wish you were right about the Octoling. :<
But I think that what they ultimately went with makes sense. Splatoon has that bright and colorful motif to it, and Inklings are all about fashion, so it's in the spirit of the series.

You know, you should consider doing some of 's OCs and the famous Splatoon Gmod author's like Clauds, Omega, Inspector Heavy, Spider, etc,.... perhaps if you get commissioned of course. I would love to see those guys in your artwork style.Β
