I like the childish fashion of the drawing here. Reminds you that the Splatoon matches are really just for fun, but at the same time how dedicated Inklings are to their competitions. <3
Also I must thank you and your art for inspiring my addiction to this game. It has all but consumed my free-time. ;u;

That was me after trying ranked battles. I really don't like Splat Zones. Like, I wish Splat Zones never existed. I was getting so mad that I couldn't win any matches, I had to rage quit so I wouldn't start throwing furniture. I was super salty afterwards and it just spiraled into this mess depicted in this picture. I'm good now, but I don't think I'll be playing ranked battles for a while.

I always felt like it was kind of odd how Inklings with rollers just seem kinda "Oh well, that's a shame" whenever they lose, but Inklings with other weapons just COMPLETELY LOSE THEIR $#!@, y'know?
Those are some nice poses/perspectives there, ones we don't see very often, but you don't seem to have any problem with 'em.

With the Splatling the loser seems like a middle point. Sure, they're not throwing a fit, but still look like they are ranting to their team. "Seriously, guys? That's the best you can do? Am I the only one trying to paint the turf here?"

Haha! Yes, the roller dudes keep their cool but the others... YES! Such a sore losers. XD Well, they are 14 and I bet highly competitive. Not a good mix.
And I thought about it and chose to leave his face hidden on purpose. I think its a bit more powerful that way as you can decide yourself his expressions. Is he smiling? Is he sad too but doing his best to cheer up his friend? You decide.Β
And well, they are on the same team so I don't know how people could turn this into "your tears" joke X)
