Whew, finally finished this one @o@.

Here we have Roger Wolfe's reference sheet, so if you guys ever wanna draw him, all of what you need is right here . Yes I know his last name is on the unoriginal side XD. Time for a small bio recap.

As tall as 5' 7" and at age 17, Roger's very mellow, and always has his eyes half-closed like above. It's very rare he opens them all the way, but when he does, it's totally a picture moment XD. He works at a local pub, performing on stage with others with his saxophone. He's really into classical and jazzy music, and is very skillful with his instrument of choice. He and Guile are good friends, and talk about music and other stuff together, and hang out often. Overall, he's a nice guy, but he doesn't have much to say sometimes, and when he does talk, he usually talks in a poetic way to make everything sound like it's related to music or showtime, like "I'm really diggin' that tune, man," even if it's not music that he's saying he likes. You can give him hugs, but he like never hugs back, and always has this expression on his face like "Are you done yet?"....but that doesn't stop you from giving them anyway x3.
