Before the race could start, the racers hear what seems to be pop music coming closer.Driving on the race track was a large, purple truck with rainbow exhaust coming out of it's exhaust pipe.
the top of the truck opens, smoke comes out and a platform rises up revealing a boy dressed in Willy wonka garb.
the sugar rush citizens cheer as he raises his arms in the air and waves down at everyone.
who was this boy? Vanellope would soon find out.
