Description
We see that the creatures minty was pointing at were little folks with green hair and orange skin. Trystin introduces them as Oompa-loompas, the workers of the factory.that's when taffyta notices that rancis was missing, but candlehead sees him somewhere by the riverbank, doing something bad.

Well many of the Sugar runs citizens, mainly the ones at the fan booths at the races, are like cute candy-headed people, so it seemed an appropriate design for the Oompa-loompas. But we can pretend that they're chibies that look like they're designed by Nintendo.
