(Yup. something NOT Portal...for now)So apparently Elsa isn't a villain which totally leaves me feeling confused. If not, who? I used to listen to audio tapes of The Snow Queen when I was very young and of course based it on the original but using Disney's Frozen characters. Am I at all bothered by Elsa not being a villain? Heck no! I feel more than confident that Disney will give something really special as they did with Tangled and especially Wreck it Ralph. Oooh this waiting---This is so exciting!

i was expecting elsa to be a reformed villain at the end, then, it turns out to be better.

I TOTALLY thought she was the villain. I have 6th sense with Disney films, like I know who's who, and what's gonna happen, but this totally baffled me all the way thru. That's why I loved it so much!

I had actually no idea that Disney is about to have their own version of Snow Queen. But after I saw this, I searched for trailers - and it looks interesting! 
Again... hands. Hands! Frozen effects looks great, I really like that crystal there!

Well, there actually is full movie with English subtitles on YT. It's quite short, just one hour. Maybe I should watch it again... I don't remember all the details, I was like 4 or 5.

Im SO in love with her hair the way You drew it and coloured it! Its absolutely gorgeous, and her dress and her face! I like your Elsa the best.

Drawing her hair was the most fun part of it. Her appearance is no different from the original Disney version but her character is more original from the Disney version. Does that make sense? Either way I love both. Disney JUST basing their new movies on original stories is good enough for me as I've been dying for it since they've been making garbage like High School Musical and Hannah Montannah.

Maybe they won't have a villain. From what I can glean from the advertising, Elsa goes through a comic book superhero incident that either bestows new snow powers on her or awakens snow powers that were always there but had remained dormant for most of her life and things go a little heywire as she tries to control them. And by "a little heywire", I mean her entire country is accidentally plunged into a new ice age and she run away to the mountains in an effort to keep her powers from hurting anyone while she either tries to get rid of them or comes to terms with them. Anna, her little sister, seeks out the help of the ice cutter guy and his reindeer to go after her sister and help her figure out how to control her powers, or at the very least let her know what happened isn't her fault and she will always have her sister to count on. Then double wedding, the snowman becomes a "real boy", and the toy stores are flooded with adorable Disney Princess dolls and accessories.
But even if that's not how the story goes, I'm psyched as heck! I'm ready to camp outside the theater right now

ARGH! I know what you mean!! Damn you for making me more excited just imagining what happens! lol But whatever does actually happen, I'm more than sure that this will be so awesome! Even when Wreck it Ralph came out...I was excited but I didn't imagine myself buying a load of random merchandise after watching the film. I didn't expect it to be THAT good! I'm just so glad Disney's working hard to make the movies as good as they used to be in 2D animation.

I thought Wreck-it Ralph was going to suck. I was mostly going to see Paperman (which was awesome, BTW). Wreck-it Ralph took about 10 seconds to get me completely invested, made me cry at least 5 times, and after each viewing I couldn't wait to see it again!
And even if the story in Frozen isn't fantastic, the animation alone will be worth the price of admission. It certainly can't be more complicated than the story of Princess and the Frog, and the Princesses promise to be more engaging than Tiana. Tiana's not horrible, but every time she started one of her "hard work" speeches I wanted to slap her with a frying pan. But at least she does stuff; she's DEFINITELY not as bad as Aurora, who did nothing but sing, dance, pose, cry, and sleep.
