I previously drawn the bandicoots in Skylanders style but in this one, I wanted to go for the classic style as seen in the first three games but also took a tiny, tiny bit from the remaster coming sometime this year.Before anyone is to say anything; I know Fake Crash is meant to be an Easter Egg based on an awful Japanese Bootleg plush but despite the many comments on him being "ugly", I found his character quite adorable! The loner bandicoot who makes a silly dance by himself in random places and his desperate attempts to be like a hero fails but no matter what he keeps trying!
I've sort of imagined Fake Crash's personality to be quite jealous of the real Crash because he can never be like him to get all the love and attention he longs for.

Poor Fake Crash, imagine when Crash N-sane Trilogy comes out on PC, someone will make a mod to play as Fake Crash...that'd be great.

If I can find out all there is to know on like Cortex, Aku-Aku & Uka-Uka, N Brio, N Gin, Nina, and N Tropy. Then I'll hit Fake Crash up. Other than that, not sure if it I want him to be canon. Like it was a joke within Naughty Dog. I mean I don't hate the guy. I'm just thinking... well I don't know, preserving the fidelity of the canon (whatev that mean). Like I want things to have a compelling and interesting reason for being. I can fan theory a good reason, probably, but for the actual stuff I don't want generic clone or "who cares he's funny" reason.

Is it werid that I like the skylanders verison of Fake Crash? He's just so goofy and so cute! I really don't find he's design"ugly", the bushy eyebrows and the big overbite makes it more fun to draw him, I say!~

It's not weird at all and I completely agree with you! I was surprised to see comments on Youtube saying he was ugly because he is quite cute and Skylanders made him appear even more cute when trying to grab Dr Neo Cortex's controller!
