Shay grew up in Mojave Wasteland, in the desert on a small farm/settlement, his parents were both former Legions, settled down and trying their best to remain their small but happy Family... one day the NCR got word of them being with the Legion and they attacked them, killing all of the Settlers without asking Questions, it was a trap, most of the People living there were innocent Wastlelanders which had built around Shays family house. Shut-Eye *my Courier 6* was in the attack too, Shay still can remember the Blue Vault suit with the number 13 on it, before he got shot with a plasma rifle, causing his skin to melt and burn, leaving him with massive scars. He can't remember what had happen after he got shot, but later he moved away into DC Washington, where he picked up all kid of Jobs and ended up becoming a Slaver in Paradise Falls. Later he meet a young 19 year old girl who completed his job, catching Red from BigTown and they both together returned the new Slave to Paradise Falls...
