Annotated character sheet based on the protagonist (Courier Six) from my modded Fallout: New Vegas longplay, previously outlined here . Cyrus is an ex-Enclave commando turned mercenary, struggling to make a new life for himself on the frontier. He lives on the run and does courier work on the side to support his estranged childhood friend. This character was once described to a friend as "A walking, post-nuclear 'nam flashback tormented by hellish visions of smoldering vertibirds and stomping metal boots."

•This character was created in June 2019, but certain elements of his story were conceptualized much earlier.

•Locations, characters and events referenced in this document are based on the Enclave-aligned ending of Fallout: New California .

•The Lieutenant's surname, "Rigel" the designation of a blue supergiant and the brightest star in the Orion constellation. This is yet another reference to New California, alluding to his identity as The Star Player.

•The younger depictions of Cyrus are inspired by Char Aznable , legendary Zeon ace and rival of Amuro Ray from Mobile Suit Gundam. I toyed with the idea of Cyrus playing a similar role to the Lone Wanderer during his time in the Capital Wasteland.

•Rigel's Advanced Power Armor incorporates the design philosophy of Fallout 4's X-01 Power Armor with details from both Fallout 3's Black Devil Armor and New Vegas' Remnants Armor.

•The insignia on the armor breastplate is a reference to Enclave Squad Sigma , a special forces unit introduced in Fallout 3: Broken Steel.
