Description
I've always suspected that her robe is made of burlap, and that she must be glad to get out of it now and then.Related content

Made me think of a performance of Don Giovanni where the Commendatore, slain by Don Juan, came back as a stone statue, He wore canvas robes stiffened with sizing, to suggest the marble.
He came back to destroy Don Juan ...

I saw it enacted in Amadeus, and know the plot of the opera, but never actually listened to the full work by Mozart.

Out of the robe with a good friend for a satisfying session of scratching? (With that pull tab as a pendant, I'm almost surprised she wasn't named "Moxie.")

Scratching, stretching, a good rub-down... and a snooze.

When I made my Mokey puppet I actually tried making her robe out of burlap.Β However, the material was much too stiff and scratchy.Β I ended up making it out of terrycloth.

The actual robe is probably made of some synthetic fibre, not unlike terrycloth, but I don't know how much rayon is available to the average Fraggle in the street.

They have cave cotton.Β And Fraggle wool, after they shed their winter coats.

Anything is possible, except maybe leather. Β While it might grow on trees in Fraggle rock, they don't make shoes of it, so there probably is none. Β Can't see the lovable little beggers killing and skinning other creatures.
