This is awesome. It looks like a genuine album cover or publicity photo. Also, it sort of reminds me of the promo images for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo (American version). Vinyl looks like she's high, but the fact that she's exhaling whatever toxic stuff that black cloud represents could be seen as positive. In the promo art for TGWTDT, Rooney Mara (Lisbeth) was often placed in poses that for most other characters would have been degrading. She managed to pull it off (no pun intended) by looking us square in the eyes, hands covered with blood, seeming to say "Touch me, and I'll more than alarm you." That seems to be what Vinyl is telling us here (although in this case it would be 'The Mare With the Dragon Cutie Mark').

Oh, thank goodness. I suddenly got extremely angry there for a second. I just absolutely despise art thieves, stealing pieces of work that had so much effort placed into them and just claiming that it belongs to them. And it's even worse when they deface it with recolors and edits. It's sickening.
It's a good thing people spotted and reported the person responsible. I'm assuming you are one of them?
