Happy Nightmare Night! Rarity's new costume is sure to put you in stitches!This is based on this neat Spy costume I found in Steam Workshop [link] . Unfortunately, Valve only accepted one of the costume pieces to be in the recent Halloween update. It's a shame they didn't add all the costume parts.
Rarity and MLP: FiM belong to Lauren Faust and MLP: FiM.
Spy and TF2 belong to Valve.
