"Oh, hey, Nicol" Young Targon on the ground said, "What's that round thing between your horns?""It is complicated, little one, so you never want to know."
"Okay...can I touch it?"
"Hmmph, no one bothers to confront me like that, but, go ahead." The Planeswalker pulled his head toward to allow Targon crawl on his neck.
As Targon had reached the floating oval object, he used his brute force to experiment with it. However, the object perfectly remains there. Targon continued his unusual curiosity, making the elder dragon tickled in every thrust.

Well, just a bit of fanart...
Actually, I don't know what's with that egg-shaped thing between Nicol Bola's horns...anyway, he's awesome Planeswalker and gigantic elder dragon (not to mention Targon's relative size
) and I wish to know him more as I'm curious. 
He's normally bad, but I'd love him tickled and smiled. Looks like the colours of his armor is much different from original one.
By the way, these arms are not usually wings. XPTargon is still a good adventurer. XD
There are lots of dragons in Wizards of the Coast, yeah!

Gem of Becoming. My assumption is that Bolas channels Red, Blue, and Black Mana through it, or perhaps uses it to establish mana bonds, as the card for it suggests.

Definitely, Nicol looks amazing in here, as well as the cute Young Targon does. Boy, you did an awesome job with the depiction...

A dragons curiosity is always cute, and as baby Targon has this curiosity it only makes this image as a whole all the better. As well this dragon if the limbs are connected to the wings that would make this elder a wyvern, and those are usually more tempered to begin with; thus making the reason he is laughing and giggling now all the better. Now as ti me the object in the center is like a focal energy point, excessive energy transfer through the horns and like a laser beam exits though the object Targon is so desperately trying to remove now, (good look in trying.) As well I like the colors of red and olive like green together as is a nice combination, as to the yellow Venus like atmosphere colored background very nice work.

I like that kind of curiosity, and Targon is going to know what the elder dragon is.
Heh, yeah, he's really not wyvern, but I did him when his arms are subtle being a wing. I think that object has other properties when he have it between his horns.

Well, this is just a fan art. It can be either serious (reality to the original) or ridiculous (a bit unorthodox manner for fans who love one), so anyone can draw whatever they get from games, books, movies and series for their personal interest.
Not only those related stuff, but also...some people draws "mature" or "adult" fan art, making a saying of "ruin my childhood" meme or something.
Therefore, the chosen characters can be either good or evil; the ideas can be clean or dirty; the action can be friendly or violent; and the art orientation can be frivolous or serious. I only choose the funny idea that includes ironic, comical behavior and my personality for this elder dragon and my dragon, and I love that one.
