They never killed a dragon because they are very friendly to them....They made that dragon-styled staff to show how they are interested in dragons.
That staff is just my design for my character Agamid in story. XD

Well, the thing I see this weird is two things, I guess or the arms are too long or the legs are shorts, and the other thing, it doesnΒ΄t make sence that he wears that little micro loincloth if technically he doesnΒ΄t have something on the other side, I mean, thereΒ΄s nothing on the otherside of the loincloth, at least what you can do is increasing the size of the cloth a little, donΒ΄t you think?

I decided to give him a small loincloth so that he should not look like Hotara, even if he's bi. Well, let me try to make it a bit larger. ^^

That might be a good idea, covering a little bit more there, is you really donΒ΄t want to show there, because ignoring it by not putting it looks not better.

Usually, I start my critique with the positive aspects.
1) I really like the overall concept: character bio, character artwork, facial expression sheet, body reference comparision sheet... and this little photograph is BEST!
Why? Well, I like the idea of "from where I've got my character" or... "what animal could've been the reference to my character".
2) It's nice to see that you're tryting to use simpler styles (cartoon) as well.
3) Well... you've done slightly better with facial expressions. At least, it doesn't looks as "good" as this one ---> [link]
BUT: always remember: being able to draw lots of facial expressions in a SHEET is no art at all!!! You have to be able to use facial expressions in an artwork in order to express feelings of charaters. This is really difficult!
Negative Aspects
Your ANATOMY still needs improvement.
1) Your arms are always waaaaaaaaaaaaay too long. Really! Look at a human ---> [link]
Even if the legs of humans are not that long, your legs SHOULD be longer - because you've got these digitigrade feet!!
Furthermore, your characters can scratch their own kneecaps... NOOOOOOOOOO please!!! -..-
2) And look at the hands... where is the proper thumb here? 
3) About the legs again... they are too short AND don't even touch the ground at once. ONE leg seems to "fly" in the air... sorta. It floats.
4) HOTARA has no crotch so to speak of! There is this ridiculous loincloth... it's really just a hanky! Nothing else. And I'd suggest two things:
A) Either you give him more cloth or
B) you draw what's underneath the cloth.
His genital sheath should be visible already... and I think you don't want this to be visible.
Anyway, in THIS perspective, we should be able to see some parts of his croth.
5) It's more or less a problem with this hips... you never give your characters HIP BONES! They have a waist and then the ass... and then legs. Mostly, the legs grow out of the waist. USE the references, dammit! Or I will always nail you because of this!
6) The shoulder parts (neck!!!) are not working properly, either... they are too large. The neck is too high and large. But that's the smallest problem of them all.
