Another picture expertly edited with instagram. Sorry peeps, I had to put my commissions on hold for a couple of hours to make this, a birthday present for my grandma. It's rushed because I have to go see her tomorrow... which will also put my work on hold for a while. I'll try to draw something good on the long drive up there.I just realised that it's a little insensitive giving grandma this detailed picture because she's developing cataracts.. oops.
Anyhow, I would also like to inform the public that commissions are open! I have one slot left. I'm really slow... orz

About being insensitive, I felt bad when I sent my great aunt a handwritten letter she couldn't read because her eyes were bad. Trust me you're not alone in that.

Thank you so much! This took several hours, but I did it in intervals so I'm not too sure how long exactly. I had to go downstairs eat some soup and watch some Sin City with my family, and when I came back upstairs I had forgotten how to draw! Which is where those messy ass flowers and border come in. They'll get partially cut off by the frame though, so I'm not too worried. But thank you for your kind comment, you're too nice D'''':
Augh, I hate those awkward moments of accidental insensitivity.. if you think you're bad, the other day I was walking out of the classroom and I noticed a game poster on the wall where the character's skin was coloured in particularly well, so I quite loudly observed to my friend: 'what an interesting colour skin!' Literally the only black person in that class happened to be right in front of me, and she turned around and look led at me incredulously, but I didn't have enough time to explain because of the crowd pushing me along. She slapped me the next lesson. I never did explain...

If this is what forgetting how to draw looks like then apparently I never learned and I've been scribbling my whole life because it's still better than a drawing I would have taken months on!
Holy crap really!? Well I think you can expect that person to hate you for a long while! Hopefully she'll give you a chance to explain and clear things up, but something tells me she's not going to believe you. DX
If you think that's bad, once in sixth grade, my teacher told us we were going to move seats and without thinking at all I said "YES I hate this kid." And then the horror sat in and the teacher made me apologize. The teacher wasn't mad, but I"m pretty sure my classmates judged me pretty harshly. The kid wound up moving later that year, but I think it's because his parents were split not because I suck at having a brain and mouth filter. No one ever spoke of it afterwards.I didn't even actually hate the kid either so I don't know why my brain decided to hate me that day.
