Meet Rebar.
Created to serve an elderly lady.
Brass and steel rod wings. For fetching and delivering
Fashionably attired. Painted on shirt and britches. Real leather shoes and silk tie. He has to look his best when he accompanies his Lady on outings.
Simple but adaptable mechanical brain. He can bring his Lady her medicines and make her tea.
Loves to read a book about Angels. He even wishes he were one.
Today, when Rebar went out, he found a real Angel!
He will gently and carefully bring it to show it to his lady, before letting the Angel go back to its business.

Wow. What a challenge! Rebar is supposed to be a SteamPunk Angel.

I don't think Rebar is exactly what my new friend expected. I, of course, have heard of steampunk before. I get it.
But when a steam punk Angel was what was requested, I kind of gasp. Thank you for making me draw something new.
I am not 100% Satisfied with this. But I am kind of proud of it too!
