Description
This drawing was Killerrrrr! And my Eyes freaken HURT!Desc.-
Most of these people are Ocs, except for Kankuro of course and His pooppets, and the one with the bundle on his back, I saw him in the Naruto manga; on the page right after Gaara was revived by Chiyo and all the sand shinobi were there with him.
The green haired guy's puppet..somekind of Tapir creature; I saw that design on the page where Chiyo is in the puppet storage room getting her scrolls.
The girls puppet resembles the darkstalkers character Hsein-ko (been seeing alot of fanart of darkstalkers lately) Thought she was cool lookin' so I took some ref.
I didnt want to draw 100 people in this pic, because I have no idea how many puppet masters there are in the Sand Village, but I TRIED to make it look like an army of some sorts by adding silhouettes behind the people.

Some descriptions of the characters (LEFT TO RIGHT)
1. Genin, 14, took on war-paint look of Kankuro. Puppet- Wise old monkey sage.
2. Jounin, 23, lost arm in previous battles, replaced with puppet arm. Puppet- Armadillo (as seen in Volume 28)
3. Chunin, 17. Puppet- Cobra, capable of striking/biting inflicting poison, coils and squeezes opponent.
4. Jounin, 53. Puppet- Boar.
5. Kankuro.
6. Chunin 20. Puppet- Vulture/buzzard thing.
7. Jounin, 59. Puppets- Reaper and devil.
8. Chunin, 18. Puppet- UNKNOWN!
9. Chunin, 20. Puppet-based off Hsein Ko.

I know, i hate it! I wish i wanted to draw all the time like i used to! Of course, thats when i was still with you guys and my grades were eh XD ...Wait. Maybe thats it? Maybe when i left you guys...i left my muse with you? It makes sense. I wanted to draw all the time back then but i dont now. Maybe its also because when i try, it never comes out the way i want it to. Hmmm.

Yeah I did get in trouble sometimes, Im well-known for it, 'specially in english. My teacher moved me all the way to the front, cause it would apparently keep me from wanting to draw...but not really actually. All the teacher did was talk, perfect time for me to draw XD
THink of it more like, I made One oc after another, just Rushed right through them, while you spent more time with the oc's you have, and you prolly cherish 'em more, and you know everything about 'em, While with me its like, when a oc idea pops in my head I gotta put it on paper right away. Pretty much everything inspires me.

Tell taht teacher just because you get moved to the front, doesn't mean you'll want to stop drawing! XD And yes, that IS the perfect time to draw, lol.
Aw, its ok, i rushed a little too! But, its ok since they come back and express themselves in their own way at their own pace. And, no, i STILL dont know everything about them xD There's a lot of things i've yet to figure out! And theres stuff thats been changed since i messed up. Only 3 of them actually talk to me. The rest of them are still..."sleeping" so to speak. The ones that dont talk to me face to face show their character through actions. Its okay to have a bunch of ideas! Thats actually a good thing! Having experience with different types of characters gives you ideas of how to interact with them and how they'll react to others; a perfect formula for a story! So, get to know the ones you have, and if they dont "speak" to you right away, dont get discouraged, because they will come to you ^__^ Having everything as an inspiration is fantastic! Gives ya more creativity :3
If you want to have more OC conversations, feel free to note me any time! And ask too! Because they know a lot more about this stuff more than i do, and its oodles of fun to have deep conversations about our characters and whatnot with them! <3 And dont feel embarrassed to join us at Duckums's OC chatzy! You really think that? That's quite a theory. But, since you said everyone's friendship bond with you occured, you began getting inspired more and more frequently. And everybody knows that with practice comes progress. So, yeah, maybe if we had met you sooner, you could have gotten farther with your art experience.
Just don't get the teacher to hate you XD
It's okay if you dont have the indepth things yet either! That stuff takes time. To be honest, they only told me about their past just recently (like, a few months ago). So, I didn't know that from the very beginning. You have to work your way through your characters. Figure out (or have them tell you) the bare facts about themselves. What kind of person are they? What do they look like? Do they have siblings? That kind of thing. Then you get to the more indepth thing, like their background or their preferences or how they react to other people/OC's. To be truthful, I'm in the opposite position as you; I need to stop learning about them and actually draw them LOL XD But, don't stop creating characters if they're introducing themselves to you. Ask Her characters alone could fill an entire continent, i bet XD
But if you aren't entirely sure what fits your OC at this moment, DON'T PANIC. Work on some other OCs in the meantime. As I said before, not everything about them is going to come to you at once. And even if you do, nothing is set in stone. Just like people, characters can change too, whether it might be good or bad. Again, you don't need a story at this very second. The best stories take time and are devoleped throughout. But, when you do have an idea that satisfies you, don't be afraid to let loose and create. Don't let what other people might think bring you down from making a great comic!!

How can I NoT think a Canon character is better than mine? they're way more thought out, way Awesomer...and just Better cause they're Official and AWESOME! Geez! Im still an Ameture (sp?)-_-' and thus, my charcter drawings and development are at the same level.

And thats the way it is, no one ever see's themselves the way others do, basically you'd have to do what ino does and take over someones body and observe yourself, but we cant do that, thats why we may not see ourselves the way others do.

No you dont understand, most soon to be manga creators would NEVER spoil their characters by showing them on the biggest art site in the world, it is for the sake of my future that I dont spoil them or else idea's from their appearence, personality etc. will be taken and put into others' characters, thus my characters loose their value and originality.

Yeah this pic was somewhat exhausting.
Well I'll be honest, I think Kankuro's flat ears look pretty cool, makes him look all mature, AND they're way easier to draw
but like others said "I dont WANT a Mature Kankuro!"
