AWESOME!!!!!!! Love the expressions in their faces, 'cause they doesn't look very happy at all walking on the snow (thought they aren't very use to cold places).
The background is amazing, the mountains, the snow, the trees...everything!

*le gasp* ohhh wow amazing job well done! First I just want to say I love how you did the background and how well you worked with the ice element! The mountains look great and the trees one the right side look pretty cool! Also I like how you made the snow different shapes like they are yaaaay very good! Oh the sign post adds a really nice touch by the way. I also think Gaara's hair is really well done in this picture^^ heh heh I like Temari's shoes and Crow's hat! XD But anyways great job this must have taken forever to finish!

should have told me, I have some wintery brushes and an awesome photographical brush for footprints on teh snow
I would try to differ the light on the characters
the snow makes stuff that is far more white-ish and blurry
and generally things that are further should ahve a different light, I don't know, it just seems a bit flat to me

when there is snow then you should just use different colours, more grayish when someone is far and more vivid when someone is close
snow is like a white filter
you could make a white layer over Gaara and Temari (Kankuro is close so he should stay like he is now) and set different opacities, like maybe 5% for Gaara and 10-15% for Temari(depends how far you want her to be and how intensive the snowfall is)

anyhow, kankurou wears black, and it should be real black, but, if he was further then black through a filter of snow turns grey- get what I mean? that's the effect you have to get
in full sun all colours should be bright, but here you have a white shield so it should be different
